Time Notice: All orders received before 3:00 p.m. local time will process for that day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. local time will be processed as the following business day. Timing for first drafts vary, but your Project Manager will reach out with a timing estimate. The turnaround time for standard edits is 1-2 business days.

Guide Format: If you change the guide format (to/from print or eGuide) after the first draft has been created, a $1,000 conversion fee will be applied.

Project Due Dates: Project due date cannot be less than 10 business days from the date you place your order and assume edits are submitted within 24-48 hours of draft creation. PLEASE NOTE: Your requested due date does not include print timing. Printing is the responsibility of the local office or client.

Project Activity: If a project is not actively in the drafting process for 10 business days, it will be archived and the project timeline will reset once reactivated.
