In today’s fast-paced world, successfully engaging and educating employees takes creativity—and the right communication vehicle! C&D offers multiple cutting-edge solutions to ensure employees stand up and take notice.
Our current benefits approach features all of the familiar elements: benefit guides featuring traditional coverage, plain text emails, etc. But we’re not satisfied with “familiar”—we’re always looking for ways to innovate our work and stay ahead of the herd.
QEX is our new approach to benefits communications. We’re meeting the clients where they are, featuring their unique benefits! We’re enhancing our offerings with a multi-digital approach:
Focus on the topics that matter most to your client’s employees! Whether you want to outline your Leave of Absence policies and Parental Support support resources, you’d like to provide tips during Mental Health Awareness Month or highlight key messages with an infographic our team can create customized pieces to fit your needs.
Statistics through the years show that consistent presentation of a brand is a surefire way to ramp up engagement, and HR-related branding is no exception. Within four to six weeks, we can develop a new brand and visual system for your client’s benefits, wellness, EVP or total rewards communications. In so doing, we give these communications a unique look, voice and identity that grab employees’ attention. Whether your client is in search of a refreshed benefits logo and tagline, new wellness icons, branded templates or a complete brand board, C&D can turn an abstract opportunity into a fully realized experience.
If you client is looking to share a quick message, like “Open Enrollment is Coming” or “Check out our new benefit” – a GIF might be the right solution! GIFs can be shared via email, on your intranet, or via social channels such a Teams, Slack or text message.
Did you know 75% of consumers would rather watch a short video than read content? An animated video is a quick, effective way to ensure your client gets their message across. After identifying the subject, key points and visual preferences, C&D will create a script and accompanying animation, as well as facilitate voiceover. Videos can be linked or housed on a variety of channels, including within a web guide, embedded email, mobile app or QR code.
The web guide is a modern way to bring your client’s Benefits Guide to life, transforming it into an accessible, interactive environment. A user-friendly landing page shines a spotlight on the topics and touchpoints that matter most to their organization, and leads to additional tabs that provide an overview of each of the benefits in their robust program. Whether at work, at home or on the fly, the web guide is accessible and ready to reference.
This convenient resource allows your client to host all their Open Enrollment benefits support tools and information in one spot. With up to 8 tiles, they can link their employees to important resources, including Benefit Guides, supporting documents, educational videos/webinar footage, a calendar of events and more—not to mention one-click contact to Human Resources and pop-up notifications.
C&D’s newest pride and joy, Benefit Spot, is a MarCom Platinum-winning mobile resource app. Employees can use it to access carrier contacts, reference their benefits information and important documents, get in touch with HR or a benefits call center—and more! Buildout is a simple process that takes under a month.
Want to kick Benefit Spot up a notch? C&D offers an elevated version that is custom-branded to your client’s organization. We’ll take the traditional Benefit Spot app and add that extra “wow” factor by incorporating their company brand, including color palette, font family and imagery.
All these platforms also include one-touch Spanish translation, periodic analytics to check in on usage and complimentary promotional materials to help get the word out. Whether your client’s employees want to explore how to make the best use of their benefits or want to contact a carrier directly, we can point them to one easy resource that will address all their benefit needs.
